KK8 Login Guide — Access, Problems and Fixes
If you've come here with a kk8 login problem, the first question isn't what kind of problem it is — it's whether you're trying to log in on the right page. Many "login problems" are really the result of logging in on the wrong site.
Check this first
On 2026-09-27, at least two sites were found using the KK8 name to run their own login forms. Even with the right password, your KK8 account won't open there, because the form isn't connected to KK8 at all — instead, your details go to that site.
So when a login fails, check two things before you try again: the domain in the address bar, and licence number #365/JAZ in the page footer. The details are in the guide to spotting fake sites.
Working out the problem
| What you see | Likely cause | First step |
|---|---|---|
| "Wrong password", though you're sure it's right | The wrong site, or an old password saved in the browser | Check the domain; type the password yourself |
| Account temporarily locked | Several wrong attempts in a row | Stop retrying; try again later or go through support |
| Logged in, then thrown out again | Browser cookies or private mode | Open it in normal mode, or use the app |
| The page won't open at all | A network or cache problem | Try another network; clear the cache |
| The verification code doesn't arrive | Your number changed, or the signal is weak | Wait a few minutes; if your number changed, contact support |
Resetting your password — the safe way
Always reset your password from the "Forgot Password" option on the login page, which sends a code to your registered mobile number. If someone sends you a "reset link" in a message, don't click it — the real platform doesn't send links like that without you asking first.
Don't use the new password on any other site. Many lost accounts start with an old password that leaked somewhere else.
Habits that keep your account safe
- Once you have the official address, bookmark it; don't search for it every time.
- If you log in on someone else's phone or at a cyber café, always log out at the end.
- When the browser offers to save your password on a shared device, say "No".
- If you suspect a login you don't recognise, change your password immediately and tell support.
Questions and answers
The most common reason is the wrong site. Some sites using the KK8 name run their own login forms, which aren't connected to KK8 accounts. Check the domain in the address bar and the licence number in the footer.
Go to the real platform straight away and change your password. If you use the same password anywhere else, change those too, and tell KK8's support.
If codes can't reach your old number, recovering the account yourself is hard. Contact support and be ready to prove your identity.
